I am writing to explain my situation regarding my request to cancel my NOS contract.
Four days ago I contacted NOS customer support to request the cancellation of my contract, as I had switched operators to DIGI PT. During that call, I was informed that I would be contacted soon to confirm the cancellation and that, after that confirmation, I could go to a NOS store to return the equipment.
However, to date, I have not received any contact from NOS. I have no written confirmation of the cancellation request, nor any reference number associated with it.
I would like to know the current status of my cancellation request and how I can obtain formal confirmation of it, so that I can return the equipment within the deadline.
