You can cancel at no additional cost if you have accepted the contract and are within the 14 day period. Please let us know if that is the case or else you can have extra charges.

You can submit your request in person at a store, online, or by mail:

Please gather the following documents:

• Contract termination request form. This form must be signed by the person in whose name the contract is registered, and the signature must match that on their identification document;
• A photocopy of an identification document with a signature. If you prefer not to send a photocopy, you can send only the termination form. In this case, your signature must be notarized or certified by a lawyer. Alternatively, you can visit a store and fill out the personal data confirmation form, presenting your identification document.

The documents can be:

• Submitted through the email form, selecting the option "Send documents for contract termination";
• Delivered to a NOS store;
• Sent by mail to Apartado 52111, EC Campo Grande, 1721-501 Lisbon.
