My internet service is suspended but every month I am getting the bill without using the service, you people can keep sending me the bills, I am ready to go for litigation, I am responsible to pay for the service which I have used and I am ready to pay that amount i.e. one month bill, if you people want to go for litigation then go ahead I am ready to fight a case or if you want to settle it I am ready to pay for the service which I have used but I will not be paying any bills for the period of suspended service

We are here to help, but in order to do so, we kindly ask you to provide us with more details.

Did you request the cancellation or suspension of the service? After the service is activated, invoices are issued monthly for payment.

Please share some more information with us.

Hello, I did not requested for the cancellation or suspension of the service but from last 3 months I don't have the internet service because service is suspended from NOS side and still every month I am getting bills and recently I got an email from NOS that they will cancel my contract and the matter will go in litigation.

I am ready to pay for the service which I have used but I why should I pay for the duration my service is suspended, I don't have internet service but NOS still wants me to pay. Now it's up to NOS if they want they can go for litigation or they can resolve this by sending me the correct bill, I want to do a written communication that's why I am writing here because you people don't have any email id
