Request for Cancellation of Internet Service (within 14-day period)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am one of your customers and on 16-09-2025 I subscribed to your Wi-Fi internet service with a satellite router. Unfortunately, the speed provided is far below the promised level, which makes it impossible for me to use the service for my business.

 

According to the information provided by NOS, if the satellite router does not work properly, I have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days, without any additional costs or hidden charges.

 

I have already tried several times to contact your support line in English, but until now I have not received any call back or assistance from an English-speaking representative.

 

Therefore, I hereby formally request the immediate cancellation of my internet contract and the disconnection of the service at my shop, within the legal deadline.
