Problem with receiving SMS from NovoBanko in roaming


Dear Friends,

 

I'm not receiving SMS from NovoBanko. I'm currently in Kazakhstan and using roaming.

However, I am receiving SMS from other users, and voice calls are working fine.

 

Please, help me receive SMS from NovoBanko.

My telephone number is authorized in the Novobanko and the bank's app. I used to receive SMS from the bank, but since the beginning of this summer, I have stopped receiving SMS.

During this time, I am in Kazakhstan in roaming.

Please help me.

Please check if the phone number your using is authorized by your bank, through your homebanking app.

I turned off the phone. Took out the SIM card. Then put the SIM card back into the phone. But I still don't receive SMS from NovoBank. I checked, SMS from other people (local and from Portugal) and voice calls are working perfectly.

Please help me solve this issue. Thank you very much!

We've hidden your mobile number to protect your data. Restart your phone and if you can, insert your SIM card again.
