I have signed on 7. november my first NOS contract, 24 months, 10 GB for 26.99 Euro. on 8. November I saw on the NOS website that there is a 40% discount on the exact same deal, now for 15.99 Euro, so I went on 9. November to the NOS store to get the same deal or to cancel my contract and create a new one with the reduced price. Both were refused. i was told if I cancel the contract, 2 days after I have signed, I have to pay all the 24 months. I can’t imagine that I can’t get the same deal only because I was there one day before the discount. As a new customer I don’t feel very welcome. Is there a timeframe to cancel a contract?
