Has anyone got an email address for NOS customer service?

I know they have English speaking operatives but I spent nearly two hours on the phone to them this afternoon and my problem wasn’t fixed. I simply don’t have the time or patience for this. Also I want to put my problem / complaint in writing before I resort to the official Complaints Book.
