wifi calling

Hello. I hope it is OK for me to write in English.

I received today a SIM card for NOS prepaid to test at home if I can do wifi calling with NOS.

I cannot find the definitions to choose wifi calling in my phone, so I am afraid that my J5 2016 is not suitable for this service.

Can you confirm that?

My problem is that I have no signal in my house and was hoping to be able to use wifi calling at home.

    At this moment Wi-Fi Calling is currently available for phone plans (postpaid) that are integrated on the respective bill for clients who subscribed a TV pack from NOS.

    Hello,

    I believe the Galaxy J5 2016 is not compatible with WiFi Calling. The tariff must also be compatible, but the prepaid ones are not yet.

    Tenho um aqui em casa e não dá.. O tarifário tem as tecnologias ativas porque eu já meti o cartão no meu telemóvel e deu.

    @Diogo Nogueira,

    Fazendo uma pesquisa rápida no Google diz lá que o telemóvel é compatível. O mais provável é não ter a atualização de rede necessária.

    A NOS não suporta todos os equipamentos de momento mesmo que estes sejam aptos.

      @oTonyStark Se estiver a falar comigo, no j5 não aparece a opção para ativar em lado nenhum.

      O mesmo para o VoLTE..
