I cannot find the definitions to choose wifi calling in my phone, so I am afraid that my J5 2016 is not suitable for this service.

At this moment Wi-Fi Calling is currently available for phone plans (postpaid) that are integrated on the respective bill for clients who subscribed a TV pack from NOS.

Fazendo uma pesquisa rápida no Google diz lá que o telemóvel é compatível. O mais provável é não ter a atualização de rede necessária.
A NOS não suporta todos os equipamentos de momento mesmo que estes sejam aptos.
