Unrecognised charges

Hello, I am quiite concerned because my wife was sent an SMS that says she owes 450 EUR for her mobile phone account and I have no idea how that is possible. Her number is 9********.

I am the owner of both accounts however I am unable to see our bills, in fact I have never been able to see our bills, even by going to the invoice center at https://my.nos.pt/WSC/InvoiceHub?utm_source=Site_NOS_Ajuda&utm_medium=Artigo&utm_campaign=Como_obter_as_minhas_faturas
