Hello

 

Last week went to nos shop in Martim Moniz and requested her to give me an nos prepaid sim with 20gb data.

 

She was not good english speaking lady so she made a mistake and she gave me an 2 years subscription without asking me.

 

I am new in portugal and can not speak portuguese  and don't know anything. 

 

I need help to cancel this subscription because another 3 months and i will go back to my country so I don't need this subscription. 

I don't have even bank account here in portugal so it's unbelievable. 

 

I am living in Saldanha and went to 2 shops close to me and they don't want to help , is it real?

Tried telephonic helpline but can't understand portuguese so that's the only place I fond to get help.

 

Please help me out
