I have both national and international internet. Roaming is activated and everything is good. Data doesn’t work and i’m losing my job because your customer service speaks only portuguese and i’am unable to contact them to fix this issue. SO BAD.

The roaming isn’t working, I have international UE data and i can’t use it. The roaming is on in my phone.

The roaming is automatically activated in most cellphone tariffs. 

Please tell us in which country are you in and to what service provider is your cellphone connected to.

Please restart your cellphone and try connecting to the internet again.
