I am in Italy and have no service despite being assured that I would have service by a salesperson at the NOS store shortly before I left Portugal. Am I missing something? The helpline is all in Portuguese and none of the options seem to be what I'm needing help with, though I can't tell for sure as I'm not fluent and the automated voice speaks very fast. Please tell me what I can do to get service while I am abroad.
