- I’m a new customer, having purchased service yesterday for a mobile phone in a store (prepaid mobile). I was able to use the new line and register online successfully. However, when I login to my account to access it, I get the error:

There was an error processing your request.
(ironically, because this is the only part of the website in English)

- Additionally, attempts to pay my bill via Xoom and my bank (MillenniumBCP) both resulted in generic rejections of my payment without explanation
- Lastly, I have tried to call customer support, during business hours, but only get a telephone automated system that doesn’t seem to have any sequence of prompts I can press to actually talk to a human. Can someone please help with these three items?
