I had taken NOS connection which was offered with mobile I.e Samsung A22 5g, Though I got my sim and I am using it as well but I haven’t received my mobile hand set yet, I tried contacting the person who got me the connection but his contact number is not reachable even I visit NOS center they said they can’t help, what should I do? On top of it I get my monthly bill alert via SMS but I don’t get option to make payments on the app, Kindly help

what u mean with mobile hand set?
