Hello!

 

I lost cellphone signal yesterday suddenly. I have restarted my phone multiple times and still nothing. My WiFi at home still works. I do not know if the problem is related to the fact that I am leaving Portugal soon and I went to the NOS store to cancel my subscription. I specifically mentioned though that I would like my WiFi to work until the end of the month and my phone to cancel at the end of JULY not June. Help please!

 

I wanted to call the hotline, but I have no cellphone signal so I had to use the forum 😅

Could you gently elaborate, is it the data, your device doesn’t connect to network or both.

Please inform the community if you phone number belongs to the bundle contracted.

I am not getting any signal at all (cannot connect to the network). I cannot receive calls and SMS. My number is supposed to be part of the bundle. 


@m.gonzaga I suggest checking the last invoice and share the bundle + mobile plan names.

Meanwhile try testing the sim card on another phone.
