I brought my portugeese Samsung S6 edge to germany and I must use it here. (I will stay in germany) Therefore I have bought a n 8 digit code for 75 euros at a NOS shop. It doesnt work with the german SIM card though. What do I do?

I brought my portugeese Samsung S6 edge to germany and I must use it here. (I will stay in germany) Therefore I have bought an 8 digit code for a lot of money at a NOS shop. This code i bought doesn´t work though. I still can not use my german SIM card. This is absolutely necessary.
I have send this question to the forum once before and was told to send a complaint, but this isnt possible since they require to give certain data in their form (Contacto,NIF do Cliente, Nº de Conta do Cliente etc.), which i simply do not have or understand.
What do I do?

Nome = Name
Contacto = the number through which you want to be contacted by NOS
Email = the e-mail address through which you want to be contacted by NOS
Produto = choose Telemovel NOS
* for the next 3, only one is mandatory
Nº de Telefone/Telemóvel do Produto ( 😉 = your last cell number from NOS
NIF do Cliente ( 😉 = your Tax identification number
Nº de Conta do Cliente (*) = your number as NOS client
Motivo do Contacto = your complaint razons
Go ahead!
