I 've a contract with NOS for mobile phone activated in February 2024. However, due to personal reasons, I had to travel outside Portugal by the end of April 2024.
I 've sent multiple emails to cancel or freeze my account as I don 't want to pay full amount on something I don 't use, but no body replied! I tried to call help center multiple times from abroad but also no one answered!
A penalty has been applied on me now for breaching the contract terms, but I 've been trying multiple times to send an email to info@ but without any luck.
How can we resolve this issue?
