Thank you for your feedback.

If its a pre-paid (you top up the card before using it) you can just stop recharging the card with money and it will become inactive automatically within 2 months.

If its post-paid (you receive an invoice at the end of each month with the amount due) you need to formally declare your intention of ending the contract. For that you can go to any NOS Store and fill the cancelation form.
