We live in a rural area at the Algarve and have an internet and a fixed-line contract with NOS.

The fixed-line is a mobile phone Alcatel OneTouch A10 provided by NOS and is working properly.

Since about 6 months suddenly we cannot make or receive calls on this fixed-line number. A NOS loja gave us a new SIM card for the phone.

But the phone is not registered to our home zone. When we try to make a call an automatic voice tells us that the phone is not within the home zone which is not true. We use the phone at home.

My question:

How can I renew the registration of this phone for our home zone?
