Hello. I requested WTF card for 12 EUR 20 GB promo on 2/8/2023. I received the card on 5/8/2023. Then I put the simcard to my phone and tried tp register it on the app just yesterday (11/8/2023). But when the app registering and validating my card, there was an error message tell that the offer is not for me because it's not compatible with my current tariff. I put the screenshot here.
I cannot use or do anything with the card now. I tried to restart the phone, reinstall the app, but didn't work.
Please help me with a solution as soon as possible. Or maybe the solution is just visit the NOS or WTF shop to get the new card? I don't have any idea so please help me. Thank you in advance.
