I got the Nos Kids card and it worked fine for 2 times I used it but now when we try to make a call it keeps saying “NOS: call forwarding active.” I don’t know what the problem is. It is able to receive calls but not to make calls to the numbers on the list for the card, which they should be able to call for free. Can you help?

I suggest you check if you have active forwarding and deactivate it by dialing #21#

When I do this it says call forwarding is disabled but when I try to call it still says NOS: call forwarding active.

it is not a message to listen to. The message comes up on the screen of the phone and the call hangs up before even ringing.

Yes, I have done all of this and it still does not work. I really need it to work because while it is not working if my children need to call me they have to call my cell from the house phone which incurs extra charges. 


What does this mean?

Is this referring to the data on the phone? If the calls are unlimited to the 20 numbers that can be added and the children are not using any apps or the internet how would they run out of data? Can they not make phone calls if the phone has no data?

I have tried again. The first time I tried to call it said the mobile network was not available. The second time it said the same thing. The third and fourth time it went back to saying “NOS: call forwarding active.”


@Frances de Marcos, do you remember having done some call forwarding on the number that has the NOS Kids tariff?
