Why in 2021 with the world moving everything online NOS is the only company on planet earth that does not accept credit card payment online, the app never works and when you call the customer service there is no one that can solve the problem or accept a payment by phone??? The answer from NOS customer care during a pandemic while on lock down is that you have to go at the shop in person to buy data for your sim card, every other company in the world allowed internet and phone payment since the year 2000, NOS in 2021 still has not the capabilities.
Seems like Somalia has better technology then NOS. Congratulation!!
