Since almost a year our Internet is very slow from 19 - 20h and 22-23h. When we want to stream a video there is a lot of buffering.

The contract is: Plano Mobilidade 0 

The device is: TL-MR6400

In the daytime we normally don't have any problems, sometimes in the weekends


@JAN HENDRIK BARENDREGT  I suggest you place the router's SIM card in a smartphone and please check if the speed remains the same.

The SIM card from the router doesn't fit in my phone.

I tried it with the SIM card of Vodafone in my phone, but the internet doesn't improve, so it is probably the network.  


@JAN HENDRIK BARENDREGT in that case could you gently provide the zip code so the community managers could check if there is any kind of issues.
