At around 1.30pm my internet is being reduced to 0.08mbps, everyday, and will stay like this until the following morning when it is back to normal until 1.30pm!
this is not increased traffic, (clearly because of the set time frame) this is a fixed timetable, and will remain like this until sometime in September, the unlimited internet I pay for is being prioritised for use elsewhere.
when is this bad practise going to stop?
can I pay a prioritised bill for the 4.5 hours I get to use the internet?
do all the providers use this method or is there one I can change to?
