My landline internet bill is normally paid directly from bank. Last month April there was insufficient funds, so it didn’t get paid. Now I am being asked to pay last month and this month and if I don’t I will get disconnected.
Options I have been given are - Multibanco (not possible as not currently in Portugal), NOS application - I have tried to register, but for some reason I can’t, or it doesn’t find my contract, direct payment - so what IBAN Number and details should I enter?
Apologies, my Portuguese is very little.
