My landline internet bill is normally paid directly from bank. Last month April there was insufficient funds, so it didn’t get paid. Now I am being asked to pay last month and this month and if I don’t I will get disconnected.

Options I have been given are - Multibanco (not possible as not currently in Portugal), NOS application - I have tried to register, but for some reason I can’t, or it doesn’t find my contract, direct payment - so what IBAN Number and details should I enter?

Apologies, my Portuguese is very little.

Hello Joao, I did send private message with my contract number in it but no response. I’ve now have a friend pay it for me via the multibanco.

 

When I’m back I will go into one of the NOS shops and see if they can help me set up my NOS app. Be great if they add English as alternative language on the website!

Hello. We have the same issue with our invoice this month and would like to pay it before the time runs out.

Can you please share the IBAN number for international usage, either on invoices or on a webpage? This would make it far easier for us.

You should find the IBAN on the invoice you received. Were you able to find it there?

The IBAN on the invoice is from the payee (so applies to my bank account) rather than the NOS Account that is being paid.

 

Could you share the correct IBAN with me here or via private message so that we can urgently pay the outstanding invoices?
