On Nov. 29, I went to NOS shop to schedule an appointment for relocating my fixed internet to a new address. It was scheduled on Dec 5. I received multiple sms confirming the visit. I even received a call from NOS on Dec. 4 confirming the visit.
I waited at the house for the whole afternoon and nobody came. I went to the NOS “client area” just to find out that NOS has pushed off my appointment to 2 weeks later (Dec 21).
Now I am sitting at the new home without Internet access.
