On the first of November 2022 we moved from Nave Fria to Pombeiro da Beira. So we went to the NOS loja in Portalegre. They sad that by moving to another place we need a new contract for 2 years. So we did and made an appointment for the 15 of November for the new installation at the new address: in

On the 15 nobody showed up so we called for a new appointment on the 24 of November. Nobody showed up.
So we called for the 13 of December, nobody showed up.
So I called the NOS to end the contract.
Then we heard from the NOS we don't need a new contract only payed the move for €80.
Then they said we come at the 31 of December.
At that date a mechanic man came, tried everything, called with Lisboa and told us that they cannot deliver any service and we should take a contract with the MEO. So we did in the beginning of January 2023.
We had to give back the modem and phone of the NOS in a Loja in Coimbra. We did at the 11 of January.
A man from the legal department of the NOS told us that the NOS will end the contract because they cannot deliver the service and that I will get my money back from the bill of November I paid.We recorded that phonecall. He said the NOS will send us a mail. We never received that mail, we received a new bill of €242,44!!!
Legally I don't have to pay for a service never delivered.
But the bill was coming back 3 times with the threads.
Today I called with the NOS for 4 hours! Now they told me I have to go back to the store to get the documents of cancellation. Again a new story.
Again a new story from the NOS.
I am completely sick of it.
I don't go to the Loja again and I don't pay a bill for a service never delivered.
I think the NOS has a big problem with  internal communication wich I cannot change.
