I’m sorry I don’t speak Portuguese but I received text messages asking me to initiate direct debits, which I did but I have had no email with contract details or confirmation of installation date. It is for a fiber optic system for internet/tv and phones.

I did activate the direct debit as far as I know but I haven’t heard anything back.

i May go to the NOS state tomorrow.

If you’ve already activated it, you just need to wait till the payment deadline. In that date the money will automatically be charged from your account.
