We do not have any internetconnection in Ferragudo. Is there a general problem?

 

Call NOS at 16990 and dial 3 for technical support.

If the problem you’re having is, in fact, a general problem acknowledged by NOS, an automated message should play with more details.

If the problem is specific to you, try unplugging, waiting a few seconds and then plugging back your router. Wait until the light on it gets blue and stops blinking and try accessing the internet again.
