Hello, 

i don’t speak Portuguese and I have a problem with my payment. It went through 2x in July which puts me in a mess. So I was charged €70. How can I get a refund?

If you have made a double payment, the amount will be credited to your account and applied to the next invoice, where the duplicate payment will be adjusted accordingly. However, if you prefer to receive a refund more promptly, please contact your bank to initiate the reversal.
