Estou com problemas com a internet. Não falo português e quero que um técnico entre em contato comigo em inglês. O anúncio no telefone está em português, que não entendo. O que devo fazer?

thank you for answering. Our internet connection suffers multiple disruptions during the day.

Mostly a disruption lasts for a couple of minutes after wich the router is connected again.

The disruptions are happening every day. It is a big problem when you are working and you participation

in an online meeting is disturbed.

Do this disruptions happen in more than one device at the same time? 

If it only happens in one device, such as a laptop for example, are you using any type of VPN service?

the router looses the connection, so all the devices are affected.
