I just got a NOS ZTE 4G mobile hotspot and the Kanguru Livre XL plan.
The people are the NOS store tell me it’s ‘really unlimited’, but I’m not sure about this (full speed unlimited).
Do they shape (or slow the connection) after a certain amount of data downloaded - for example, after 50GB or 80GB?
If yes, does the shaping reset after each day or the month?
Also, if yes, what speed is the shaping? 1Mbit/sec, 5Mbit/sec?

Thank you for your message, We’ll clarify.
There is no policy regarding the application of traffic shaping of any sort. Even so NOS may define and apply, if necessary, traffic management measures, in order to guarantee an efficient use of network resources and an overall improvement in transmission quality. This only occurs in occasional situations.
