I'm Hosain I'm using nos internet it's been 1 year or more but certainly bill comes higher then my contact I have with nos 

I tried to contact with customer care number but they are busy to much 

I don't know how can I solve this problem

Have you checked in your account in nos.pt ur bills? They usually say why its higher.


hi, but what is happening in concrete? Which has seen any change in values in particular?


I talked to the customer care they said they will send a new invoice but I got the same invoice ..

I spent more than 10 euro over the phone now I'm fed up with NOS service
