I have been a Nos customer for less than 5 months.

I have had internet speed issues for the last month, usually during the day when I am working.

I called the support # 931 699 000 - told me I need to change the router.

I found out in the shop that most routers are refurbs

New router has made no difference and in fact the service is now worse.

I pay for 200/mbs download and am luck to get 2.

The chances of the problem being the router both times, whilst nonzero, is unlikely.

Does this situation happens through ethernet an Wi-Fi connections?

That is the best it has been for while - I have just spent 30 minutes with a Brazilian colleague - who has booked a technician to visit in a couple of days
