Hi, I have 120 Mbps optic fibre internet in Catelo do Neiva. But the speed at the moment is practically 0. Is there a service disruption?
Yes, there’s a permanent service disruption. With this company you cannot exepect better. I should have 200 Mbps, by cable does not reach 100 and with wifi hardly moves.
And I am complcining about it for long time but they don’t seem to care. Actually, if you complain they will probably promisse you they will upgrade your service, for a few euros more, with more 24 months of fidelization… don’t buy it. Service is the same.
