If the contract for 2 years ends, but is automatically renewed or does it need to be renewed at the point of sale?

The value of the contract remains the same throughout the 24-month period and if there are any changes, the client is the first to know. Boa tarde @Yaremchuk Oleg, seu contrato não termina, ele se renova automaticamente a cada 30 dias.

O que termina é seu periodo de fidelização, caso não pretenda manter o seu contrato pode denunciá-lo se já estiver fora do periodo de fidelização.

Os equipamentos montado pela NOS são propriedade da NOS, ao ternimar seu contrato deve fazer a entrega de todos os equipamentos que estejam em seu poder.

Even if your contract is not renewed for another 24 months, the equipment remains NOS property. If you want to hand over the equipment, you must formalize your cancellation request.

-Depends on the price and conditions of your contract. Can be less, same, or more.

-When the 24 months end, it means your binding time ends. You can continue with the same conditions with the same price and leave whenever you want.

-Of course. NOS doesn’t guess when you want to terminate or not.
