Hi,

I received my first invoice and it had a charge of €50 for Certificação Wi-Fi. What is this? I was told that there will be no additional charges when I signed up.
 

Thats something you are charged by installing wifi total ( plumes).

If they weren’t installed call 931699000 option 2 for return of the value.

Thank you both! When I signed up in store for NOS the seller explicitly told me there will be no installation cost. So the charge came as a surprise.

I got Wi-Fi Total to be certain that it would work in the whole house, but I actually don’t need it.

Is there a way to dispute the charge? I rather return the 1 extender they put and get refunded this €50 charge.

 


At this moment the site here says:

“Sem fidelização. Para novos clientes até 3 meses na NOS, a certificação Wi-Fi tem um custo de €25, pagos na primeira fatura após adesão. Adesão numa loja NOS ou através do 16995.”

Wi-Fi Total 6e

“Sem fidelização. A certificação de instalação Wi-Fi tem um custo de €50, pagos na primeira fatura após adesão.”

Please check each one it is, because the last one isn’t available at the moment.
