Good morning,

 

Wonder if anyone had the same problem and can tell me how to fix it.

 

On my NOS router, I have the normal 2.4ghz connection and that is working, but I also have the 5G connection that was working until this past week. I can connect but it shows no internet connection. 

Please advice?

Does this situation happen in multiple devices? 

We recommend that you reset the router do factory settings and test the 5Ghz connection again.
