On 27.3.23, I was wrongfully charged for roaming fees (over 20e!) that almost emptied my balance. On my phone, roaming is always blocked. Since I don’t speak Portuguese yet, the customer support line is useless to me.
16990 option 2. There is a english line, they will redirect if needed.
I’m sorry, but this doesn’t help at all. I called the # 16990 and then selected option 2. Everything is still in Portuguese and no live person shows up to assist. It would be much easier if this could be handled here with messaging.
