Wrongful Billing

For the past two months I have been billed for roaming charges when, amazingly, the SIM cards are not even in my phone. On leaving Portugal I removed all the cards when in the plane itself. Tried calling but everything is in Portuguese so don't have a clue how to resolve. I'm being ripped off and can't do anything about it. 😡
