I’m really not happy,  I’m trying to cancel my NOS package,  I have to leave the country due to the coronavirus and I’ve tried ringing 4 times - everytime I get the same answer “we’ll call you back today” but they never do!

This is absolutely disgraceful service and totally unnaceptable. How on earth are you running a company this badly?

I need to cancel IMMEDIATELY due to moving country as I was promised in the NOS store when I bought the damn package.

@Ben Alex , have You ever filled the cancelation form? Its a mandatoty procedure. You can choose do it online but that way You nead to wait for a cancelation code that are going to be sent to You by Mail.
I strongly advise You to go to a NOS store...
