Hello everyone,

I recently purchased the NOS Mundo tariff but it doesn't meet my current needs, especially in terms of internet data allowance. The app doesn't provide an option to change the tariff, and customer care couldn't assist me in English.

Can anyone guide me on how to change my tariff to a plan with higher internet data?

Thank you Jorge, I am not able to change my tariff. Change tariff is greyed out in app and on website, nothing is happening after I choose the tariff.


There is a english speaking support. The just need to redirect you to it.
