Still unclear how points are calculated on my nos pack

I have been using a nos pack with portability on a small pocket router for as long as 6 months. Under that existing pack, I am paying 25 each month but I'm still out of any points. Is it really okay, someone please shed some light on it.

With kanguru you don't have points. Only with mobile phones.

    With kanguru you don't have points. Only with mobile phones.if that is true then this could be said as unlikely as it is only 5 euros less than the other packs where one would get such enormous benefit to take.
