reactivate all my contract what i have been paying in last 6 month

hi good afternoon how can solve my problem i dont know how the customer service is very bad i ever seen in my life someone changed all my contacts from us now they are asking for payment like stealing money. i had 5 contracts with us some of them almost 5 years passed and all together i am paying 63 and 44.56 but now asking all payments with extra payment where i said to do what i had before i dont want to change anything following my last 6 months payment but no one is fixing it just keep ringing on the phone and if i go shopping they say they will get a call and they will sort it all out where i have been working 7 days with a lot of stress now getting more stressful because of us shift services. solution for this please.....
