Bom Dia, I don’t know how to send a private message but I would like to change the language on my phone that gives me directions and tells how to set up voice mail. Can I have that language be english?

Thanks in advance. I know I will need to give my account number so it will need to be a private message.

If you wish, to change the Voice Mail language, one option is visiting a NOS store.

If that doesn’t solve the issue, please send a private message ( use this link ) with your customer number and the number in which to change the language.
