I have requested in person, by phone and by private message for my phone contract to be cancelled .

I am finding ti difficult to communicate with you as I am no longer in Portugal. I have put all the details in my private message area but am not getting anywhere. Can you help please

day 12 of no response to cancel the contract. I cant do much more so will have to remove the sim if you dont manage my request in a professional manner!

Fed up of trying and I will not pay for a connected service because NOS wont follow my request
