Dear US.

I cancelled all my services with NOS with being very clear wanting to end only at the end of my contract which is the 3rd of January. Now I get a text messaging saying I have to return all my equipment before the end of 30 Nov. You clearly made a mistake and are ending my contract before the loyalty period is over. I am sure you will make me pay for it non the less so this is absolutely not what I want or asked for.

I am so tired of things always going wrong with NOS, which is one of the reasons for leaving your company in the first place.

Can you please undo your mistake and end the contract when my loyalty period ends?! Like requested.

I tried calling your service 5 times but get the message you can only be called till 20.00 hours. However I called before this time.

Please fixt this mistake and end the contract when my loyalty period is over.

If you placed your order now, it is automatic and is scheduled for the end of the billing cycle corresponding to the period in which you placed the order. In other words, it is not possible to schedule the cancellation just for January. This way, we do not see any errors in the cancellation process from what you tell us.
