I want to cancel my internet subscription. Unfortunately,  I can’t do it on my client area, because the service is not associated and I can’t do it because it requires a portuguese id number.
I tried to go directly into a Loja NOS. They told me to call this number: 931 699 000 option 4.
Unfortunately, I am unable to talk to someone who speaks english.
