Trying to renegotiate new contract since NOS is double the price of competitors eg NOWO.
Visited Guia store who could not help but scheduled a call from retention team.
Promised call never happened and spent over two hours trying to contact the team but continually transferred on to a holding line that never gets answered. No email address available to register a formal complaint.
The customer service of NOS is appalling and one wonders how they retain customers.
Any help with this really appreciated
